Lisa Edelstein has been an American actress for a total of twenty years. She is most well-known for her part on House in the series House on Fox. Her family was from Wayne and was raised in a strict Jewish tradition. When she was 18 she moved to New York City to study at the Tisch School of the Arts. The school quickly became a fixture in the club scene in New York. The performances she gave were so good that even local media took notice. Her experiences and fame to create and write a musical titled Positive Me in which she starred. In the following months, she got an interview with MTV as host of Awake in the Wild Side. When it ended up going off the air, she was able to appear in films and television production beginning in roles of a short duration and gradually established herself as an actress.
